The Pentagon Integrity Inventory (Pii) is an instrument that measures integrity and assists in the detection of deviant behaviours within the workplace.
Particularly within high-risk industries, counterproductive workplace and devious behaviours have severe consequences to the organisation. This has prompted organisations to include a measure of integrity in their selection process. Doing this minimises the risk associated with hiring individuals who may behave in a manner detrimental to the organisation. Pii’s model for integrity looks at five domains that have been proven to predict ethical behaviour at work.
